★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning! - extremely rude, incompetent and highly suspicious. Gucci watch battery replacement kept dragging on with excuses, drip feeding information and being angry at me for following up a couple of times over the phone. 10 days later I cancelled the job and got my watch back with the cover off and damaged. Take heed of all the bad reviews that are here for a reason and AVOID THIS STORE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a battery replaced on my watch. The watch is water proof to 100m.
A week later I noticed dirt on the face of the watch. I returned to the store.
The owner was not interested in discussing it and was flat out was rude.
I then went back to the manufacturer and they told me that when replacing the battery the watch becomes depressurised and should be repressurised at the time of the battery change to avoid dirt getting into the face. I returned to the store to tell them this, they continued to be rude and claimed that the watch is not a pressurised watch contrary to the manufacturers specifications for the watch. The owner of the store is primarily interested in avoiding any responsibility for a problem and the level of customer service is offensive.

I wanted something a little different and a little edgy and I sent many pictures to John trying to explain the look I was after. Thank goodness he is so patient and so clever! He knew exactly what I was wanting and got it exactly spot on! Thank you so much John, it is absolutely stunning and I am thrilled :))

I found Russell really worked hard with me to get the design right to suit me. Very happy and everyone notices and comments on how beautiful the rings are. Totally recommend using their services.
