★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed very comfortable but I felt that the bathroom remodeling fell short a bit. The small vanity was the only place you could get water from and even though the jug was quite small you can see it was not easy. The second pictures shows the light coming into the room with lights out inside. Did not make it easy to get to sleep.
The bathroom extractor fan sounded like a jet plane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a comfortable place to stay. Nice and clean. I wish they can put a small sink for washing dishes and fill the kettle rather than using a bathroom hand basin. It was hard to wash dishes in a very small basin in the bathroom otherwise the beds are very comfortable if you prefer soft beds with the TV in the room. Bathroom is clean and the place is very handy to the city centre with 10min walk or 2min drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL. Extremely poor customer service. I booked and cancelled within 12 hours and I was charged $200! Shocking. It didn’t cost Elmore a thing. Beware, don’t book this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pam and John organised a unit suitable for me to bring my elderly mum, with easy access on ground level, and a shower chair in the bathroom. The shower was good, and we were comfortable and happy there. Good beds. Quiet. Thank you Pam and John your support and hospitality! I hope to be back.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was rude she denied we had a booking we kept insisting we did and paid a deposit and had said what name it was under only then she checked.we paid up the room was nice beds not to hard shower was lovely but the shampoo and conditioner was empty. Oven wasn't clean from the last customer I cleaned it so we didn't get billed for someones mes. You couldn't watch TV the only channel available on sky was paw patrol, and history and animal channel and regular 1 and 2,3. The last morning the lady was only nice because someone else was present
