★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very dissappointed when I urgently had the need for a piece of fish. I saw that the shop was open, and a smile of delight overwhelmed me. I hit the call button, but no voice emerged. 30 seconds later, still no voice! I slammed my phone violently down, went straight to Rutlands, was the best piece of fish ever.
Bad service, do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had fish and chip 20 pack,very disapointed,very dark color could do with new oil change. Crab sticks were soggy and un able to est them ,fish below ave. Chops well ok. Hotdogs just a pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cracking good Fish and Chips for a hell of a steal! Defiently try the battered Cod if you stop by here, its the classic Kiwi fish and chips shop, sure its probably not the best thing to eat but damn if its not flippin delicious every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing fancy, just good ole fish n chips! A very satisfying feast. A big fan of their chocolate jam donuts and deep fried cookies!
Just be aware that the menu found online is not correct, the shop has an updated menu which you can take home with you, so grab that!
I really like this shop, it isn't my local and I still go here often and have a good yarn to the 2 owners as I wait for my chips!
Update: still good! New fave food, crabsticks! ?
