The journey started from trying to find a gown that didn't come with a high price tag and yet, it had to be special. So began Elodie Bridal.
Our philosophy is to provide a unique studio for brides to find their dream dress.
Why are we unique?
Our gowns are both new and secondhand but we like to call them pre-loved. We love seeing gowns get a second outing; it's great when we can re-use and reduce waste for our planet.
And we want to offer the opportunity to try on affordable wedding dresses, for those without a limitless wedding budget. Weddings are expensive enough!
We want your dress buying experience to be stress-free and non-judgemental, so we provide a relaxed atmosphere for you to try on as many gowns as you wish.
Above all, we think wedding gown shopping should be fun.

β β β β β The place is beautiful and intimate. Vicky is fantastic, incredibly helpful and nice. I came in not really knowing what I wanted and feeling a little overwhelmed, but Vicky put me at ease. She explained how dresses can be tailored to fit etc... and I found my dress!! Such a wonderful experience thank you.

Her knowledge of her stock is fantastic and she allows you to trial different things such as veil etc if necessary. I got my dress from Vicky after only visiting two shops, one which was Elodie Bridal! I would highly recommend!

I wasnβt sure what to expect with new and pre-loved dresses at such reasonable prices but found a consummate professional in a stunning central Wellington location. Her attention to detail and fantastic range of dresses was fabulous, but what truly sets Vicky apart is her ability to make clients feel like family from the minute you step through her door. Found my perfect dress, one that I never would have considered looking at on the rack. Even my wedding planner expert bridesmaid was impressed!! Highly recommend! β€οΈ
