β β β β β Very bad service ; we have applied for my mum a visa to Indonesia and it took them exactly 50 days and at the end they have declined the visa application while we had just one day left till our travel. Another point every time we call to ask about what happen with the visa they say we waiting Jakarta to reply to us and they say donβt worry you will travel on time and they didnβt give us the visa why we donβt know. So I personal donβt recommend it really really bad services

β β β β β The staff,Fernanda, is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The appointment system is easy to follow, however, not enough slot, esp with heaps ppl comes from Auckland, the Embassy should strongly consider opening office in Auckland
