★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience, they won't admit to making "mistakes" even when evidence is right in front of them. By "mistakes" I mean altering a legal document after it has been signed and without other parties knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the very first time and the service was SOOOO BAD.
Didn't know what to do since it was my first time and never got any help from anyone.
The Staff are sooo unprofessional and unfriendly.
They were very annoyed and they were not very helpful.
Need to train their staff well and not bring embarrassment to the Filipinos since they work for the Embassy of the Philippines.
I was overall dissappointed by the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience! SHARON from this embassy was yelling and instructing sarcastically at some Filipino applicants, like this place isn't accommodating at all! So unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salamuch for the superb service!! Just done renewing my wife's and my 4 kid's passports today and despite of my wife having some errors filling up the papers, its still all flow smoothly. Thanks to the man on the front desk who help us sort out the papers, and to the lady who've done the encoding, you guys are awesome, understanding, and kind. God will reward your goodworks...God bless.

Had a very smooth transaction here re renewal of passport. Make sure that you bring CASH they are not accepting eftpos right now. Please be respectful of the staffs. If possible make it early as they can process you before your appointment time.
