I came to the embassy to check the status of my PCC which was done last year and i hadn't received any updates on my email and after enquiring about the status,the ladies at the desk assured that it was sent to my email. I had checked my spam and my inbox for dates they informed me it was sent, but i just hadn't received it. Overhearing my predicament, im not sure who the kind gentleman was ( but i was pretty sure he had to be top management) . He asked the ladies to sent it again and furthermore to print out a color copy for me. I was taken back by the kindness and the respect the ladies had, and did in respecting their manager and went out of their way to print and email it to me again. I truly do appreciate the kindness to that gentleman -and the ladies.i couldn't get their name but your gesture made my application process a lot more smoother ?

If I could 0 start I would For the new passport we did put every document into the bag, but got an email saying there are 2 documents missing… I was constantly in touch with the person on watsapp number and he guided me accordingly and I did put all the documents listed on the site,… still got an email about documents missing.. I called them continuously for 4 days got hold of them on 5th day …. The receptionist told me she would pass on the message and the case officer would reply, but still days passed … no reply on email … I have sent number of mails and he didn’t even bother to reply even ones No call back nothing still waiting for new passport for baby…. Worst experience whenever I have to do get something done from them.. this is the third time even before for our PCC they took 2 months …. At last I got fed up today and had to leave a review so people n ow what they have to deal with in future I am calling them still no one answer calls .. Ridiculous

I recently applied for my Visa and the service given to me by Neelakshi was beyond exceptional. I had a problem trying to fill my forms and she took her time to explain and guide me all thru the process. I see lots of negative comments and some very rude and hurtful, and to those I want to say, this girls are working beyond office hours. I was surprise to see the amount of application that was on the drop box. so be kind and don't be too quick to judge just because your problem is not solved in one phone call A Big Thankyou to all the team in HCI. Keep up the good work and thankyou Neelakshi again for you efficient service.

Im not one to leave reviews, in fact this would be my first. Seeing my folks struggle to sort their OCI out for a few months now as forced me to write this. As many have already outlined, your customer service is BEYOND applauling full stop. You think a service like the "High Commission of India" would be more efficient considering the high indian population that requires important assistance. Are these people a joke to you? From a professional standpoint I recommend you recycle all the customer service reps there and get people who actually care. If you dont want to answer phones which is a basic service in customer service fine. Dont. But at least try and be professional when replying to emails. At least be decent in one of these services. Your OCI website looks like its been designed by a toddler and the process to submit both an online application and physical courier copies is beyond tedious. Stop screwing with people. Get your **** together.

Five starts for the service. I had to renew my Indian passport, so I went to the High Commission. The lady named Nilakshi noticed that my passport was expiring soon so she fast-paced my application and I got the job done in half the time that it would normally take. Had a good experience. ?

Applied for renewal of my passport last month and received it within 15 days inspite of the difficulty during covid and staff shortages. I really appreciate the work done by the high commission staff, specially Vinod Kumar who replied to my queries via mail very quickly. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with Indian embassy at Wellington. I applied for my passport renewal and the employees were committed to great service and were very friendly. Even with the present situation and circumstances and immense busy schedule because of Covid restrictions, the service was awesome. Most importantly, I was well informed at every step and all the process happened within the stipulated timeframe. It shows how committed staff is towards their clients and job. Everyone at embassy did an impeccable and amazing job to make things easier for me. A special and huge thanks to Mr C Doss Jeyakumar and Mr Vinod Kumar.

Applied for renewal of my child's passport early this month and received it last week inspite of the difficulty during covid and staff shortages etc. Really appreciate the work by the high commission staff. The website clearly mentions the documents required for passport and other applications and if we follow those guidelines, there wouldn't be any difficulty. Updates on status of application helped in getting to know the whereabouts of application easily.Thank you.
