During the COVID shutdown she even waived the courier charges. Thank you Mandy! Would definitely recommend EmbroidMe Newmarket :)

Due to the lock down I was unable to go in and pick out colours or show them exactly how the logo looked. They worked off of a digital image, sent me a sample for approval and finished before estimated time.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly disappointed with the professionalism of the storefront staff, as I was hurled abuse threatening to tow my car. I checked before leaving to see if anyone was at the til (there wasnโt) so I popped next door to the post office to drop off fabric samples to our overseas supplier first before visiting their shop. I was keen on using a local embroider to finish the final details of our products, but will obviously go elsewhere. Shameful behaviour, I couldnโt imagine treating another human like that even if I thought they were in the wrong!Oh

โ โ โ โ โ We have used Embroidme New Market for our company the last 2-3 years.
The embroidery is always good quality as well as the clothing range they supply.
We had one bump in the road recently where we had ordered some hoodies for our team. The size was the same as previous ones we had ordered. When our staff tried them on they were too small.
I sent Mandy an email to let her know the situation and in the same day without any hesitation she replied that she would replace them.
We really appreciated this and will continue to show our gratitude by continuing to make them our go to embroider.
