★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Heatpump was installed last year in October and there was a dent on the side of the outside unit... They delayed installation coz "they" ordered a new one but ended up installing the one with the dent on it with instructions to me that once the new unit arrives they will come back to replace it. I have been following up with them since and nothing. We can't even turn on the heatpump now and since Feb I have been telling them that there is no cool air coming from the hear pump and they said someone will be coming to fix it. It's now June and no one has been to fix it, it doesn't turn on at all anymore and the unit with the dent hasn't been replace. I have been getting the run around from these guys and so over it now. Still waiting for someone to call me back after I spoke to them twice today. I wish I didn't have to give a star.

Read these reviews and don't ever purchase a Midea product.
Everything we bought from Midea has either needed to be repaired or replaced within 12 months, one item even arrived faulty and another smashed to bits.
And, as other reviews have pointed out, their aftersales service is almost non existent. You will have to follow up with them constantly and they take forever to do anything.
Save yourself a massive headache and don't buy Midea products. Their products are low quality, and ineffective - and their staff are incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service I got here, friendly, very quick to reply to emails which was reassuring. I bought a fridge and washing machine, very good pricing, well packaged, and they seem great so far! I collected them myself to avoid any delivery delays, which was very straightforward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very helpful and friendly, highly recommended. I bought the mattress vacuum but it’s charger was faulty so I went to their shop in Newmarket. After the inspection they replaced the new one for me. Great after sale service.

I have got a Midea heat pump installed in my house and on very first day the water started coming out of it like a tap from the unit itself. Installer has cheked the unit and identified it as unit issue. Contacted the service team via email got response that we will send a technician. After 2 weeks finally got better service. Eventually technician confirmed it was installation issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service from this team! We purchased a Midea vacuum cleaner online (not from here) and only after 8 weeks of use, something appeared defective with the charger. We visited the Broadway street store (as the closest) for maybe a product fix or repair? Instead we got a full replacement product - Wow! Thank you so much to the young man who assisted us, I am sorry I did not get your name. Great service, very happy.
