★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have renovated the majority of our house in Birkenhead and after exhausting ourselves and realising what a huge project our main bathroom was we decided we wanted a company that would be able to arrange everything that we needed . We had some idea of how we wanted the end result to look however we were given some really important tips and advice from Grayson to finally be able to put the renovation in motion. Grayson arranged everything, worked within our budget and was able to even save us time and money in area's that were not essential. His time management and communication and ability to work amongst and around our family throughout the entire process was impeccable. We required some small minor personal finishing touches and Grayson without question or issue made this happen. The final result of our stunning bathroom was proof of this. I have no hesitation in recommending Shower Solutions for all and any bathroom renovations and if we have further renovations in the near future Grayson would be our first call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed an old cracked recessed 'built-in' type of shower tray changed and wanted someone who can manage the job from start to finish. Shower Solutions responded quickly and managed to fit the job in quickly despite iffy Level 3 times. The job was done from start to finish in 3 days and there was great communication throughout the process. The end result looks great and we'd recommend Team Shower Solutions to anyone thinking of this kind of change!

This is the third time we have used Grayson and his company over the past 15 years. Grayson's passion for good workmanship and attention to detail as well as customer service always makes it a pleasure to deal with him. We contact more then 5 companies to install a shower glass on the bath tub and all of them refuse to do, only shower solution take the measurement and do the job with in very reasonable price. Grayson and his team is very professional and keep updating us everything through email or message.i highly recommend Shower solution for bathroom Renovation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend using this company at all. After using them to install 2 showers we were left with appalling workmanship, faulty installations and both showers leaked from day one. Grayson would not accept that there were any installation issues, he would only admit their were cosmetic issues at a push. After getting independent reports on the installation all reports recommended they needed to come out and be reinstalled. After 3 months we had to rip out and replace both showers at out cost as both showers had moisture levels creeping up and once removed they had indeed been leaking in behind the walls. Grayson threatened us both verbally and in writing that he would send someone round to collect “HIS MONEY” as we advised him the account was in dispute and had been lodged with the Disputes Tribunal after we had sort legal advice. Despite this we were chased by debt collectors not once but twice with threats of adding a bad credit rating. We had to prove both times that it was lodged with the courts and due to Covid restrictions the courts were months behind dispute hearings. During this time we also discovered the installer was not a registered plumber which is required by law to move the drains (Sanitary Plumbing). After making a complaint to the Plumbers and Gasfitters Board both the Installer and Shower Solutions were issued with written warnings. After 18 months and two hearings, the Disputes Tribunal ruled in our favour finding that Shower Solutions failed to use reasonable care and skill and failed to install showers that were fit for purpose. The court ordered that Shower Solutions return our deposit and that we were not liable for the balance outstanding that we were being chased for. Despite winning at court, and email communication over several weeks with Grayson regarding the refund owed, he was unwilling to pay. After 2 long years of an endless nightmare with this company we ended up contacting Fair Go. They aired our story along with a couple of other unhappy customers on 30 May 2022. It’s thanks to Fair Go, Shower Solutions finally did the right thing and we got our deposit refunded.
