I declined their offer of a full refund as the offer to fix the frameing error was more than sufficient and was done graciously and in record time. The picture is happily hanging up in my home now framed to my original specifications.
Thank you for caring about your business and customers equally, I truly do appreciate it.
Can't quite give 5 stars because of the initial stress and mess up. But I gotta commend everyone at Endemicworld for their customer service the second time around.

Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly (both in person and over e-mail). They were incredibly understanding of my rookie mistakes and patiently walked me through the process in a way that didn't make me feel like a total idiot.
