★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quickly received a quote, then ordered two heat pumps. ONE arrived.
It was agreed to be mounted on pavers - it wasn't.
Corrosion inhibitor wasn't offered but I would have appreciated and paid extra for it.
The second heat pump was re-quoted at a higher price.
Emails to & fro resulted in a third quote - also higher than the first.
Having paid for the first unit, I gave up at this stage.
The installed pump is operating fine but I'll go elsewhere for the other.
