★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $67 for a wheelbarrow of seal left over after crossing my drive with a drain. I expected to pay ½ that and still feel ripped off, but because it was on the back of a ute there is a base fee of $67
Do the right thing, and I felt totally and utterly ripped-off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive. Youate still not recycling much. I believe you allow a scout finding good stuff for the recycling over the fence. Saw things being dumped that could be sold to others. Shame and avoidable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No idea what I was doing. Lady at the desk was just chatting through the window to another person without acknowledging me so I just drove through after waiting for a while. Was redirected by a digger driver back to kiosk. Wanted to drop off two items that will not go into my bin. Lady wanted more money than they cost me when I bought them. Drove away with them still in the back seat of my car. Not helpful at all....and very overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst places to visit in Taranaki. The workers only yell at people, they show bitter arrogance for their clients and then claim all their clients are arrogance to them, I wonder why they bring the best out of their clients. Maybe they are the single common denominator.of a problem. They yell at you as to where you dump our rubbish, they yell at you because you feel it is a health issue to walk over our peoples dumpings, they yell at you can't follow their hard to read signs, they yell at you because they have work to do after you leave. If you try to get out of the car to find out what they want or on about, they run to you car and push the door against you to stop you from getting out. I am guessing that this is the best you can get from minimum wage employees.
