I have been to many places but never been more satisfied with Equipoise and my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend these guys. They tick all the boxes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best facial experience of my life today!!! I had a gorgeous 40 minute facial that was done so beautifully by my skin Consultant Claudia. The smell of the products used were amazing, the Consultant really friendly and down to earth, i got a little Shoulder and head rub, an eye mask... I was on Cloud 9 ??? Left feeling so relaxed and my skin was transformed. Highly recommend this place. Thank you

Had an amazing spa pedicure and add on callus peel today. Feet are smooth and soft, the staff were friendly and let me know what the products used were, and the callus peel was so worth it 10/10 recommend.
Have to say the staff were great. They were considerate of my light sensitivity asking if the lighting was okay and turned down the lighting when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have PCOS and one of the symptoms of having unwanted hair (facial mainly) I had issues trying to control. After years of waxing n teezing I was recommended to try Equipoise for Lazer Treatments and it's been the best decision since. No pain and hair grows less between sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware buying a gift voucher from Equipoise. My partner redeemed the voucher I had purchased for her and only at the end of her treatment she was told that a $30 top up would need to be paid because your prices have gone up since the voucher was purchased in 2021. It has taken her this long to use the voucher due to lockdowns and because you are not open Sunday or Monday (her usual days off). The original 3-month validity period was hardly reasonable. I am so disappointed to learn of what has happened and will never buy a voucher from your business again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the spa ritual package with Veronica and it was absolute bliss! The whole experience was everything you would expect and more. Highly recommend. If you decide to treat yourself ask for Veronica, exceptional and attentive service and highly knowledgeable therapist.

With in depth facial treatments targeting my problem areas and Ultraceuticals products the therapists have implemented into my routine, my skin really looks and feels better. All therapists I have seen are incredible and are really knowledgeable about products, treatments and overall skin health. Would highly recommend!!
