★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Urban physio have helped me immensely. I went from having chronic back pain from a disc bulge where I could barely walk, with a likely spinal fusion operation to follow. To next to no back pain which is very manageable after physio with Catherine and Pilates with Casey. And it keeps getting better. I tried many others with minimal to nil results. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend.

Having worked for 20+ years in the Healthcare, and rehabilitation sector I have worked with some of the greatest medical practitioners. This team and their expertise is second to none. Their focus on treating the cause as opposed to just the 'injury ' is key to long term rehabilitation. As a patient you are treated with the most professional approach making you feel like you are the only patient they have. The environment is outstanding and welcoming and everyone is so friendly and caring. This place is basically just all class. If you haven't been here you need to. Their service isn't just about treating an injury, giving you exercises and sending you on your way. It is way more robust in it's approach. It's about maintenance, prevention and helping you be the very best version of you. Congratulations team on creating such an outstanding and impactive business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catherine is an incredible physio and a lovely human! She's helped me with my IT band which was causing both knee and hip pain and more recently a calf strain. She's got me back out running for which I am very grateful! I cannot recommend her highly enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to the The Urban Physic for a few months now and Katie has been the most attentive physio, she helped me to recover from my injury and even through the lockdown gave me the best possible service. All of the staff are so lovely. I definitely recommend Tayla for reformer pilates as she has helped me to regain muscle after my injury. Katie and Tayla are always friendly and give me the best service, definitely the best physio I have ever been to.

She did a fantastic job relieving chronic neuropathic pain, using a variety of techniques, researching further ways to help and offering helpful at-home exercises. The Urban Physio staff have been a breeze to deal with - super friendly. Would highly recommend their services based on their expert knowledge, techniques that bring results and care for their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to the Urban Physio for many years now! Catherine is honestly the best physiotherapist I've ever had and I've been to quite a few! She is very consistent with her techniques and my injuries/pain are always resolved the next day which is amazing.
Very professional, super easy to book online and lovely easy premises with carparking which is a plus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very nervous to see a physio about ongoing issues with my neck (and previous lower back injuries). I have been seeing Leon at The Urban Physio now for quite a while and have had great outcomes! I have less discomfort, and have simple things in place to ensure these results are lasting. Leon is patient and understanding and I would not trust anyone else with my neck!!
The clinic as a whole is also very clean and tidy which is always a bonus! Parking is easy too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Physio have been a great team to deal with over the last five years. I've recently seen Katie, but also Catherine and Casey in the past, and they've all helped me rehab the injury and to get back to normal.
Always friendly and they really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and help you out with your problem - which is why I'll keep going back when needed!
