★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Different kinds of jeans and other clothings are available here. I like the jeans the most here. Clothings are available for men as well as ladies. Prices are very reasonable. Quality is also good. Sometimes there are really good deals on the jeans multibuys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regulation Just Jeans shop stocking all the styles of advertised clothes for men and women. Sales and discounts are good at times. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is handy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was average, we had to go looking for staff to help us. When we found clothing to try on, we weren’t even sure where the changing rooms were. The shop was ridiculously hot and some proper air-conditioning would be beneficial for staff and customers. Very untidy changing room area, cluttered with boxes and clothing at the entrance. Carpet worn through to the floor underneath, rubbish etc on the floor. There was no staff member at changing area, nowhere to put clothing that wasn’t suitable. To be honest, we felt like putting the clothing back and leaving without making a purchase. Still using plastic bags! Terrible shopping experience in what is one of NZ’s top tourists shopping streets. Won’t return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are always nice and friendly and offer to check other stores if they don't have the size I'm after which is very helpful and going above and beyond. I really like the Mavi range so am glad Just Jeans stock those. They are polite about trying on a tonne of different jeans too! Nice to shop here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store today as there is special promotion for 'take further 40pct off'. Being the only customer in the store, all staff did not acknowledge my presence. Left store as I feel that I am not welcomed.
