★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to reschedule because a member of our group tested positive and had to isolate on the morning of our booking. Staff refused to let me reschedule because it was not 2 days before the booking and proceeded to make me pay 50% of the total fee. Totally understand normal cancelation charges for random reasons, however this was totally out of my control. Really think this is unfair especially because I didn’t want to cancel, just reschedule until after we were out of iso. Really horrible experience with this business and will not be supporting in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the Submarine room with a group of 7; it was really enjoyable and the escape room was definitely a challenge but also solvable (so not an entirely frustrating experience). It was quite hot inside the room as there was only a fan, but otherwise it was great fun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times and all the rooms I've done have been so good ? they also have a set of identical themed rooms so that you can verse another team. Staff are always super friendly, and the rooms are really spacious compared to other places that I've been. 5 stars, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend loved the time we had at Escape Masters so much. It's the kind of experience where you feel like you are in some movies trying to find your way out and beat the challenge. It was fun, it was challenging, it was significant. They have rooms with different themes depending on your adventurous preferences. All the facilities are well kept and everything felt so real. Our instructor William is one of the nicest person I have ever met and to be honest, this world needs more people like him. Kudo to you William, keep it up !
In overall, if you like to spend a fun day with friends/family while challenging your ability of analysing and problem solving, this place is definitely for you. Give it a go and you will not regret. Worth every single penny??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the submarine room on the easy setting with our nephews (12 and 8) - so much fun! Both boys were able to contribute a lot, and although we didn't quite make it out in time, the guys at Escape Masters gave us a hint and an extra 5-10 minutes and we won! Really appreciated that.... :-)
Highly recommend and will totally be back to try the other rooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I came in to play the Submarine room. The room was beautifully designed and the story was immersive. Overall, one of the best escape rooms I've done in NZ. Of note, we were looked after by Levi, who gave us a great experience. I'd highly recommend coming here for your next night out! Having returned to NZ for the first time in a few years, we had to use public transport and it was fairly easy to get to the venue. A great option if you don't have a car! Thank you for a great evening!
