★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The escape room itself was good and the lady that helped us out during it was great too. Although afterwards we were asked permission to be posted on Instagram to be in the win for a competition of the most liked in the month. After the month was over I double checked and we were clearly in the lead so I was expecting something but got nothing. Reached out further and was told the competition is on Facebook. Misinformation from the lady which is unfair as we worked hard reaching out to people to simply drop us a like all for it to go to waste because of false information. We weren’t asked permission of being posted on Facebook, only Instagram which is why we assumed it was there as it was her exact words. Someone else called me about it later and while I tried to talk calm with her she was getting angry and yelling at me even though I said it’s fine and not a hassle anymore but her crew needs to get their information straight. The only reason we didn’t read the purple 20% discount cards was because we were already told about the competition being on Instagram from her mouth. We didn’t need a 20% discount if we knew we could try and win a free escape room. A bit of terrible customer service as I tried to be calm with her but she was the opposite, most likely won’t return, but overall the escape room was good, just the service afterwards that really took it down to a 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Fugitive Hunt outdoor escape experience. The puzzle was quite straightforward and some of the elements were actually unsolvable. Probably better for kids than adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had his 12th birthday party here, they did the Mountain Blizzard room. They all came out buzzing saying it was awesome. The party room after was fantastic too. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completed ‘Mountain Blizzard’ room. Puzzles were interactive. Room dressing was impressive and staff was great. Have completed the other 2 rooms (in Hamilton location) and udder graziness was lots of fun. I’d describe these rooms as more fun puzzles than your standard lock and key (but still some locks and keys).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fun time here. We played the blizzard intermediate. It was quite challenging, but we managed to solve it on time though with clues. It’s probably better if we have pen or paper to write. There were not many room to choose from.
