★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Always walk past here and see lots of people going in and out so thought I'd finally try it. I can't comment on the taste of the coffee because whatever soy milk they use tastes like cardboard. So I actually can't taste any coffee. Had to throw it out.

I had no idea that I'd be trained by an actual business owner practically on 1-1 basis. Rosh is super knowledgeable and she knows how to teach. We had a chance to work on various equipment with a high-quality ingredients.
I feel confident in my ability to make ~10 espresso-based drinks to an industry standard level. I know how to get it right. Just need more practice to get it fast.
