★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really uncomfortable, and poor communication. After they changed my design after and scheduled time and deposit. They tried to cover their backs by blaming me and replied to me with really abrupt negative messages. I tried to be as friendly and polite as possible but in the end I was too embarrassed and uncomfortable to go in and continue especially with it being my first tattoo which explained to them from the very beginning. Instead I decided to go with someone else. Maybe I was the only person with experience? But I had to let go of the deposit I had already paid as they also refused to refund it. So disappointed but their artist look so talented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After winning an Instagram raffle for a $1000 voucher I was waiting weeks at a time for a response to my emails in regards to booking a consult and after I finally got a video consult I was ghosted and havent heard back from Jessica since. It has now been a year and after multiple email attempts I've given up and am relly frustrated at this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome studio with unmatched vibes, the cutest lil' (big) pup, and amazing artists to boot. Brittany did an amazing job with my tattoo, and I know for certain I'll be back in no time! 100% recommend, and a great spot for first-timers :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite dissapointed. Got a piece from Tian and tried for over 6 months to get a retouch scheduled but she just didn't give me a date or book me in. Tried to contact her over the etch website couple weeks ago and no reply at all.
It's a beautiful tattoo and the studio space is great but not having the retouch included is just really poor...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a touch up/rework done by Toni and am really happy with how it’s turned out! She took her time and put a lot of love and skill into it. Felt very welcomed and loved the fact that artist chose me - rather than being assigned to someone randomly - so I was sure that they’re actually passionate about the project. Everyone in the studio is really welcoming and I felt really comfortable. Also love that they’re really inclusive when it comes to different body shapes - not all studios are. Pricing is really good considering the quality of work and time they take to make you happy. I’ve been to 5 different studios before and this is definitely my favorite.
Communication was outstanding. They have a very clear process regarding the booking process, deposit etc. so you know from the start what’s going to happen. Which is great for people that might not be familiar with the industry.u
