★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was threatened with the police if I posted this review by owner and management who also informed me that they have my ID against my will and will use it to show the police.
My problem, the other day when I went in I suggested maybe I could do a very short session in the collagen bed due to the distance I have traveled that day to be there. The woman argued with me and got a large also aggravated older Male to attend to me, though he had no relevant information whatsoever to give me and seemed to just be arguing on her side for the heck of it.
I stayed quite calm through this ordeal though under his breath he would mutter incomprehensible words that they both seemed to understand. I felt it to be so utterly rude!!!
He and she both threatened me with the police not only this time but the last time out of nowhere which I found utterly irresponsible and a waste of time and trust for the customer and the service.
The aggravated Male threatened me, informing me of his previous experience as a 'top' policeman to which the lady taunted me about (he really would have been a terrible 'top' policeman if he can not even deal with a calm customer in a nice way)
She informed me that if I didnt take three normal beds within one month primarily with her salon I was not allowed to take a collagen bed there... how can anyone do that within one month??? *please reply back to this paragraph as you were too angry to actually inform me of the reason why this rule is and I gave up asking*
I dont think they clean the beds after use as there was no sign of any cleaning product around unlike with the last two previous lovely owners.
I feel absolutely shook after this third encounter with such a horrible tanning duo.
Also I got kind of burned on one side of my body, on my arm and shoulder as I was forced into using one of the normal uv blue light beds for 18 minutes, which are old and the bulbs are clearly hotter on one side more so than the other.

Hygiene is good. Clean beds and lovely staff. They know their work very well
They give the best service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad to find that Eurotan has been sold and the New management totally useless. Also annoyed that our concession vouchers no longer valid and simply disappeared along with all our personal information. Was a great place to visit beforehand but we won't be back again. And to the new management with the attitude that you have with customers your new business is not going to last long and the only person to blamed are yourselves... Response to owner. Thank you for your reply but I started going to Euro Tan some years ago since it started and has been through two different ownerships changes, both having well trained and polite staff and also customer records being transferred at the same time. We have used and will continue to use sun clinics not only in NZ but overseas as well, so have a pretty good idea on the industry and recognised standards. Unfortunately your business needs work on bringing these standards up. Not my business to tell you how to run yours but we won't be coming back and will certainly be telling our friends of our experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been going to this tanning salon for a year now and its such a great place with good staff , they are knowledgeable at what they do.The place is so clean and it feels like home when i go there always. They have a variety of beauty treatments as well now.
As saying this i have seen some people (miss carvallho) complaining on reviews that it is not a good place but some people are so rude nowdays .
people if you guys want to do tanning or beauty treatments done dont hesitate to try out .
highly recommended.
