★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice People, Nice Environment, love this place ,had an amazing massage after a long time. Try it to believe the magic that the therapist has in her hands, feel like flying like a bird after the massage as my body felt so so good and light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff member was very friendly however she had her phone on the massage table and I could tell she was only using one hand at some points. Although I requested that she focused on my my neck and shoulders she spend more time stroking my calves like a cat. I didn't have the heart to get up and leave but i wish i did. I also had to go straight home and wash the oil off - it smelt very old and musky. As did the towel that I was under. I would not recommend or return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're considering getting the Grabone voucher for the 1hr massage & express manicure for $55. Don't. Nails are appalling. Photos taken immediately after manicure. Polish all over skin, missing the edges of nails. Uneven coats. Terrible. Lady using phone during massage. I wish I left after the massage, and didn't bother with the nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is clean and conveniently located. One reception staff member was very friendly but the other extremely rude and stared at me blankly when I asked questions. The massage experience was great for the first 30-40 minutes, but ended very weirdly. The therapist spent at least 10 minutes rubbing oil into my hair and braiding it. The massage ended abruptly and I left with hair slicked in oil and feeling very confused as to why she had styled my hair for me, when all I booked was a massage?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, Had such a wonderful relaxation massage here. The ambience was so much more then I expected too and now I know what a real massage is like. The back scrub was divine and my massage therapist was so calming that I was in a very deep relaxed mind set the whole time. this has never happened to me before so was amazing. Thank you so much as I will be back!
