★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried there Chicken and Chips and it was absolutely yuck. The batter they cooked it with was hard and it taste like the wonton crispy batter. I given a 1 star based at the chicken and chips. There other food is good like the chicken or steak fried rice/noodle if you got the money for it cause its a bit pricey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is okay owner kinda rude. They occasionally mess up the order. Order could be chicken etc but you might get something else. I had bad experience with them couple of times it could be just me having bad luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fried food. Very crispy fried foods with great flavor and the food items are not too oily in comparison to what I've eaten at alot of other takeaways in South Auckland. I Have been going to everglade takeaways for many years and I will continue to do so as long as I remain living down the road from the takeaway. Great job everglade takeaways?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointed in the rude customer service last night when ordering. I ordered, paid for my food, and left to go to another shop then return back, I was less than 2mins from just speaking to the young teenager boys,I sat and waited for another 10mins inside where both boys could see me. During my wait time 5 other customers came in and ordered,paid or collected their takeaway meals. Still no call up for my food. I was feeling very frustrated by this time I went to the boys at the service counter and asked how much longer for my food? The boy asked what I ordered and realised he did not pass my order to the cooks. The boy did not apologise or look like he cared. Very disappointed as I am a long time service customer.By then 15minutes passed, and still no takeaways.
Finally after 25 minutes I received my order, with no apology and no extra items for the inconvenience. Overall we will not be returning. Very disappointed!!
