★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here and wanted to order 2 x hot chips separately. The lady didn't seem impressed and said 'altogether okay' and I said no thank you. I need two separate chips in two separate bags. She made a fuss and had attitude along with her facial expressions that just made me not want to order anymore. Asked her if this was too difficult for her to do? She made a face and said okay okay but in a very rough and 'whatever' type of way. Told her if it's too hard then I don't want to make it hard for her. So told her nevermind and left. To be honest, I just don't have time to give and pay for companies and service that is not up to satisfactory. Not a very good experience and won't be back. Can't recommend it whatsoever unless you don't care about service and feeling valued as a customer.

There are also made to orders one like the soup options. For that quick meal or night off from cooking check them out. Lovely owners and serves otāhuhu and mt Wellington border
