★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thanks for the great professional service on Weds - bought a bike in to get serviced pretty late in the day, guy in the shop got it all done for me by 4.30pm
and washed it (it was really muddy!) I live 1.5hrs away and not in town much so really appreciated the job getting done so quick.
At random in the morning before an appointment in Hamilton I tried the other bike store first but it was closed and no msg on the answer phone. So stoked you guys could help. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need only a bit of grease to fix your bike, they might be able to do it. Everything else will take weeks and constant reminders, because they forget to order the parts. Agreed pickup times are ignored and when you show up you do not even get an apology that they didn’t think to call you to save you the trip.
Don’t let them touch the more sensible parts as they will mess it up.
Not friendly, not helpful, time wasters.
