They happily gave me the info I needed, supplied the bits I needed without being silly about it.
They clearly know their stuff when it comes to bikes.
10/10 Will never go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As bike shops go, this is a very good one. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff who enjoy what they do, reasonable prices.
As I'm new to building French and Italian bikes I've gone here a few times for advice and to purchase tools and never been disappointed.

We ordered a specific pet basket they had advertised 2 weeks ago.
Zero contact until now and apparently they are on holiday and don’t even have the basket in stock.
We are now faced with not being able to take our bikes on holiday as we have run out of time to buy an alternative option online.
Going on holiday is not an excuse for advertising things you don’t have, and ignoring your website!
