★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are usually friendly and helpful, although not all. Customer service seems to have gone steadily downhill in recent years. I have had several negative experiences shopping here with very poor customer service from some staff and adjusted this review accordingly.
I don't find staff are as knowledgable as in other sporting stores. There is a decent range of sporting goods and a reasonable range of bikes and accessories.
Prices tend to be a bit on the steep side in my opinion, although there are deals to be had now and again with specials.
I like the staff but usually shop elsewhere for better value, quality, and advice. I find this is a great place for smaller purchases. I have found their bike mechanic to be particularly helpful in the past.
Please be aware before you purchase that if you are overcharged and require refund you will be waiting up to a week for a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome outdoor shop, variety of outdoor living products, bikes, scooters, gears, camping products and accessories, winter recreation, sunglasses etc. went there to buy my 7 yr old girl a scooter. friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a challenge frontage is a bit congested with many shops beside and adjacent, there some parking spaces at the back of the shop but still it’s very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to buy an airbed $300.00. Had to find them myself, 3 staff at the counter talking to each other, a customer had just left. Got there attention asked to see the bed. Shop assistant unsure, i pointed to a mattress on the floor, maybe thats it. It was i wanted to test my weight on it. Go ahead he said, it was half deflated. He opened the valves to inflate it but said it would take a while. I said i would return to try it but purchased elsewhere. Its great that you have plenty of staff, but they should greet customers and ask what they need. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a PFD for $129.99 delivered. It arrived in 4 days which was fine. When opened the packet I read the instructions and the packaging and is said CO2 cylinder included.
In the instructions it also told you how to inflate it. But no cylinder. Contacted them and the final comment was " I was confused". This one they said was a manual blow up one. ??? Not when there is a toggle and a CO2 firing unit. After sending a few more e mails and getting no reply I went and purchased a CO 2.
Not impressed in their customer service and their flat refusal to supply a CO2 cylinder.
Don't trust them.
Never will purchase anything from this co in the future.
