They installed the table over the weekend with a brand new tournament cloth, and it is playing like a dream!

Since our first inquiry Aaron was always very responsive and quick to answer any queries we had in detail which was very helpful since we were buying a new table remotely. Delivery and installation happened quickly after purchase and our expectations were always managed effectively. The install team were very friendly and demonstrated a high level of subject matter expertise. Overall our experience with Excellence Billiards has been extremely positive and our new table has made a fantastic addition to our home.

Excellence Billiards Auckland team supplied & installed a pool table combo in my basement garage at our Army Bay home. Initially Aaron assisted me in choosing an appropriate set up. I was then impressed with the expertise shown by him & Matt with installation.
When we later had a slight"hiccup" with the second hand table's ball return system, they wasted no time in returning & fixing the problem. With their friendly & helpful approach, they were a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thanks so much guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company were easy to deal with, the staff very helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars, I ordered during the pandemic! Once the table arrived in the container there was a bit of a breakdown in communication which left me confused as to what was happening! But really with the world as is it you have to wait for specialist items and be patient. I will definitely continue to do business with Excellence Billiards over the years, as the need arises.
The pool table is super quality and the install was expertly done. You can’t really ask for more can you?!
