★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Love Kmarts products ...But the customer service side of things is shocking!
No one ever answers the phone's and when you eventually get some sort of machine voice service you get hung up on....I can try calling from 9am all-day to 3pm.
A huge mistake was made on their behalf and suddenly it's become my problem.
Never been so frustrated with a huge company in my life.
Didn't even wanna give 1 star .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering this Kmart serves the north shore, I expected it would have a good quantity and variety of items.
Sadly, this Kmart has never gotten stock of the most important items like baby clothing, home linen, etc. compared to the one in Henderson or even the ones outside Auckland.
In store, the cashiers are just okay, I've had them make billing mistakes twice during my shopping here and I've had to go back.
Even online ordering is an epic failure from this store and also most stores all over Auckland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the hours, location, and friendly staff, therefore it needs more staff on the floor , sometimes its hard to find one. Changing rooms needs to be cleaned more often, lots of dusty all around. Anyways, you may always find what you look for..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a great t-shirt and the wait in line was really short. Friendly service, although, some walkways were hard to access as they were somewhat blocked by restocking carts. (which is unfortunate) They made them feel quite crowded. Some front shelves were also very messy but that was most likely a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large store, clean and tidy. Love the longer opening hours and normally visit well after the crowds and traffic have gone at 9pm, so parking is never an issue. I left my Xmas shopping a little late this year as working through so unfortunately there was very little of anything left … it was messy too so looked like someone stole Xmas ?? Hard to find staff members some times, love the price check kiosks and product range is great variety for my teen daughter. Love the self check out too - harks back to checkout operator games as a child ?. Always a first stop for anything we buy. Many products we’ve bought are still going! Need to monitor sanitising bottles as two separate visits and there was none left in either dispenser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably could do with more big size clothes as most had already gone or not stocked.. needs clear signage and more checkouts even though I did not wait long.. happy cheerful security guard means happy shopping ??
