The team was lovely and recommended me greed fall, shadow of collasus and cyber punk when I had no idea what rpg I wanted to play next! Very friendly team and happy to have a chat about games. Makes my day to have such lovely customer service! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to buy tech or any games, it is very overpriced. I wanted a Logitech G733 headset but it was $329, and another place sells it for $229, so never buy anything from EB games they are a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the best tech places I've ever been to! went to buy a Logitech g305 mouse and if I remember correctly, the 2 staff that were on were Petra and Callum. wonderful people and super lovely to talk to! helped me to pricematch down to 77 dollars (down from 100+ dollars). another staff member that I managed to catch her name was Paige, incredibly helpful and super friendly while I was browsing the store and ended up helping to me to purchase a couple of games for my consoles. overall 5/5 experience, the team at EB is always so wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre Ordered ps5 console back in May on the website, estimated released date is today, no prior contact at all from EB games, I was told that the console had been sold to another customer when I called them just now. This is literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
