★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best prices around. Poor customer service by the owner though. Sells products that don't fit, then insults you for not checking if they are the same size before fitting. His other guys are good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with these guys, had a brand new clutch unit that cost me 2k and wasn't working upon install. Rather than attempt to stitch me up and sell me another unit, a man named Dave helped me troubleshoot why my existing clutch wasn't working. After making he necessary changes Dave suggested, I'm now back on the road. A+ service guys, I'll be sure to get my next replacement through you ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not, would not email an invoice so we can pay for the item and have it shipped at our cost. Too lazy to pack and ship. Demanded we came into the store. Sales person, simply hangs up the phone, not interested in customer service. We are a trade customer and have bought before them on invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service very very poor from the Auckland based team. Parts arrived and are fine. But the initial dealing with them was shocking, probably one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy was rude, didn't even say his name, at the end of the call I asked his name, I then called back an hour later and spoke to someone a little higher up and they didn't seem to care at all with what I was saying. Will not be using them again, will also be telling my customers to use alternative parts.
