G	Gary Tipene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had 2 vastly different experiences at this place. First time I took two minis and they had a great time. There was 2 girls behind the counter and one was constantly checking up on kids offering them encouragement and showing them different challenges. Went again recently 3 guys behind the counter, sarcastic with my youngest as he was setting him in. They never really moved from behind the counter. You could see them pulling the finger at their mates and generally attempting to be too cool for school. I’m sure whoever employees these guys would have been at best disappointed with the effort they were putting into their jobs. The 3 kids I had didn’t notice though in fairness so didn’t really affect their experience.
K	Kim Knapp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for the whole family to have fun, I took my kids here to get confidence and to help with overcoming there fears of heights and to try something new, both my kids loved it and want to go back again, because there is a few of us we got in on a family pass. Was a fair price. Will be back again.
A	Alana Templeton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let the kids warm up on the pattern walls then move through to the more advanced climbing walls. This step up is not counterbalanced like the pattern walls, so you need an anchor. Parents, prepare to be involved, not just sit and watch. Varied coloured holds provide ever harder challenge as they climb. Was a great morning with 2x 13/14 year olds.

A	Aryan Thanki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing. I went into the more advanced section that's more realistic for the first time and it was very fun. Because it was my first time, I had to do a small lesson on how to hold the rope so that my partner could climb and the interactive tutorial that the staff show you is really easy to understand. The staff are also very friendly and wander around to help newcomers. The rock climbing was very fun and requires a strong grip as not all the platforms have a indent that you can immediately latch on to. Honestly the experience is very interesting and I would probably come back and do it again.
R	Rou Haarhoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to come as a family or birthday party there's sitting inside to watch the kids there is a kid's climbing wall area there is an adult's climbing wall area there's outside sitting on a park bench. Plenty of parking what's in the premises easy to get to. Toilet nice and clean. Staff frendly and happy to help. Really enjoyed going. Once you by your tickets you can come and go the hole day.
