I really need to be pushed when working out and Sarah definitely does this for me. She knows my strengths and weaknesses and works on them. I always feel like I have worked hard after our sessions. I highly recommend her.

I lost 14kgs and have kept if off for 4 years thanks to Sarah teaching me a better way of living, eating and the right excersie . I'm 58 . Sarah is committed to helping and encouraging every step of the way. She is also very knowledgeable in health a fitness. I can not recommend her enough for what ever age or ability yoh are. ?

Sarah is an amazing personal trainer. A few school mums had started losing lots of weight, and when I asked their secret they told me about their PT Sarah. So I had to see what the big deal was! I joined up to a 10 week challenge about 6 months after my 3rd child was born. She really helped me with my nutrition as well as 2x one-on-one sessions a week and over the 10 weeks I lost 14kg! My baby came along to all the training sessions and she looked after him while training me. It was really affordable too. I have been going to Sarah weekly now for over a year, and now she has a brand new gym it is amazing. I can't recommend her enough, she is so friendly and supportive and tailors the workout so it is just right!! Thanks for helping change my life!

Sarah is a fantastic personal trainer. Iv been working with her for the past 18 months to achieve my weight loss goals including rehab for an ACL reconstruction. Each session is different and tailored to YOU. You will never get bored with the same ol same ol routine. Not only does Sarah work on your physical wellness but she also offers nutrition advice - and not the bland boring advice to only eat greens. Her advice is for the real world, making smart substitutions so that you can still achieve your goals but enjoy eating too. Highly recommend starting your journey with Sarah at F-it fitness.
