Now when they ask me "Have you met anyone yet?" I can say "I'm going out on Friday night to meet some people and hoping we'll work out" but they don't know that the people I'm meeting are the trainers at F45 and the only working out happening is Empire, Miami Nights and Triple Double.
Everyone wins, and every time I leave I feel like I have become a slightly stronger person. They say that time heals everything, but my quads and hams are still sore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend this place enough!! I’ve been trying to get my fitness levels back for 2 and half years (since having my little boy). I’ve been trying to find something which motivates me, which is fun and which I look forward to going to...F45 meets all of these and more!
It’s a fantastic community where everyone supports each other. It caters for all different fitness levels and the classes are so much fun, the times goes so fast!
I love this place and I’m so happy that I’ve found what I’ve been searching for since giving birth ?
