★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality Pilates at a great price! Melinda is an excellent instructor and her workouts change every week, so you always get a new workout but have time to master the old! She uses a variety of equipment (like ball, band, roller, not reformer) and they're all provided, even mats! It's a lovely studio and a friendly vibe. Can't recommend highly enough.
