โ โ โ โ โ Disappointing seeing how many of the trainers are encouraging eating unsustainably and disordered eating. Disordered eating can effect someone for life so please consider what you can do better

The standard of F45 Riccarton trainers/coaches are of high quality & have created a great community spirit.
Remembering my name, after 1st session, made me feel welcome & included. The F45 team are motivating, will correct/modify your technique, friendly & will push you without over doing it.
The classes have great variety, are fun & challenging (they include a cool down & stretch session after the class). Sessions will certainly increase your heart rate, get your blood pumping & you will see the results!
To top off the experience, their music playlistโs are awesome & will help you work that little bit harder.
I highly recommend training at F45 Riccarton

I have done F45 in Australia, California, and tried 4 different locations when I moved to Christchurch. F45 Riccarton was by far the best, for many reasons; but a huge one was the special, family-like, welcoming vibe that makes it actually fun to come training.
