β β β β β Recently took advantage of the 7 day free trial to see what F45 was all about. Loved the fact there are instructors roaming around during the class,to make sure you have correct technique, offer easier options if something too difficult and basically made me feel very welcome.

Love the fact that I turn up, my program is on the tv, 45 minutes and Iβm done! No thinking or planning what Iβm doing itβs great!
