★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended for men and women. Staff are very professional. Yes they often go out to change water, and we rather want that happening, knowing that they prioritise hygiene. A lot of our members are regular customers of this Skin Clinic. Good for husband and wife too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was saddened to see a review with one star and saying that because the staff is coming in and out... I am a regular customer of this clinic and if you are really been into facials, you must be familiar with the procedure, staff has to go out from the room to change water, they do not stay in the room while you are being steamed, or on LED light, or in masks... For me.. that is absolutely normal and needed. Anyway, for all the ladies and men out there this clinic is very knowledgeable on what they are doing. I am so happy every time I am here and fully satisfied with the result. I also use the dermavidual products and it works!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my facial last January. Normally that time of the year shops are quiet, but no heck... the place was buzzing with women hour after hour. Service was excellent, I guess I was snoring...lol. I also tried the dermaviduals products (cleansing milk, lotion p as my toner for I have acne prone skin, serum)... My God, the result is amazing. I went back today to buy again for my supply. Try it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very exemplifying experience with Face Lab. I came in with very dry and rough skin. I bought the grab one voucher which was 49.00, but after the therapists analysis, she gave me option whether I would go for a hydrating facial with a top op of $30.00. The top up was worth!!! my face had glown. I understand that the grab one deal is just a basic facial, but im glad that they helped me understand my skin type and provided me a treatment that suits my needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the grabone coupon for $49.00, for a deep cleansing facial. I love the facial and a bit of massage. I top up for body massage because I felt like wanting to relax a bit more after the soothing feeling of being relaxed. Would recommend for all women who wanted to relax. Also I was so glad that they help me identify my skin issues that I can work on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am grateful to the staff who attended to me yesterday. My face was very red and tight because of too much sun exposure. Though what I was prepared for was the grab one deal 49.00 @deep cleansing facial, the lady is very generous to provide me a service suits to my need. It was no longer deep cleansing facial but a soothing facial, with LED light on and cooling mask. I know the price could have been higher but she was too concerned on my sun burn. I went out with fair looking skin and no longer too red. Thank you guys. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the 49 deal. They used massage oil for face massage which was smelling like old muggy oil . I went there with loads of expectation as I love facial but was a bit disappointed. The mask felt like a $2 facial mask we get from $2 shops. My skin started itching and burning after that. I've got weird boils on face now and its itchy . The lady was nice but over talkative . The massaging of face was good but was a shame as I couldn't enjoy it even for a minute due to constant chatting and I had to reply as I dint want to be rude .
