Andrew graduated in 1977 and has more than 33 years experience in the consulting engineering industry in both New Zealand and overseas, including Australia, Fiji, Hong Kong and Korea. He has been responsible for a wide range of commercial and industrial projects and was previously a director of Joyce Consultants Ltd from 2002 to 2010. With his vast amount of civil/structural and building design experience, he is able to offer cost competitive and innovative solutions to design projects.
