★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. Went to repair a disfunctional touch screen on my iphone changed the screen which i paid $200 for. An hour later the phone went back to the same disfunctional state. I called him back and he said it doesnt seem to be the screen so i took it back and he said it was the motherboard and did not refund me for the screen as he said it was not his fault. I took it to omni who sent it to their head office to investigate the problem and they said it is definatley the screen. So he mis diagnosed the phone and then did not issue a refund. I highly reccomend going elsewhere even if it means paying a little more there is no guarentee with these guys. He recomended me to just sell off my phone on trade me when it wasnt even the motherboard. Stay away from these guys. Poor awful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant service, not only did Sean fix my cracked phone, he even advised me that my phone was slightly bent and he would fix it for the same price. Awesome guy, awesome service and at a very reasonable price. A real pleasure to deal. Very highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a cracked iphone 5s screen and after calling all the other phone screen replacement companies around Auckland, I settled for FairFix because they were the cheapest compared to the other places in the North Shore and the owner Sean was very kind and informative over the phone. (the prices on his website don't include GST though just as a warning.)
Sean was very lovely and he did good work, however I had to return 3 times at my inconvenience because my phone kept glitching with the first screens he put on. (can't remember what they were called.)
The problems only stopped the third time when he put on a slightly more expensive one, but he didn't charge me extra for it because there were small spots in the corners of the screen which are not very noticeable.
First time took ~1 hour, second time took ~1 day and the third time took ~5 hours - each time he replaced the screen.
Overall, good experience but would've been greater if my phone worked properly the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my screen repaired here. There was debris left under it so I told him I wasn't happy but didn't get a reply. After repeated attempts he insisted I worked around his schedule. When I got my screen repaired at another place, they asked where I had it done before several screws were missing and they commented on the poor quality of workmanship. The 'warranty/guarantee' are a joke. I recommend going somewhere more professional.
Re the response:
When I say screen I meant the glass in front, that was not fixed correctly because when it was replaced by a better repairer the screen was in fine working order, it was debris. Replacing the whole screen was never recommended either, not that it needed to be, the job just needed to be done properly.
The hours I was asked to drop it off, no such after hours option was given only more hours that were during a normal working day.
Please stop trying to shift the blame of your shoddy workman ship and poor customer service onto me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not trust this place unfortunately. Very nice person working there, but was not very convinced with his knowledge and felt dodgy. Came to fix my IPhone 8 back screen and WiFi button. Was told on the phone one price, then while coming in store was told that he heard something else on the phone and it’s now a different price (even though I’ve asked my bf to call again and he told that lower price on the phone again).
Still decided to give my phone and was told will be fixed overnight. Got a call the next day To come take it, as it needs back up. When I came I wanted to just transfer the photos through Airdrop, but for some reason it wasn’t working. So I’ve asked the guy in the shop to help me and he said he doesn’t know how to use IPhone... definitely not the place you want to fix your iPhone.
Eventually went to a place in mt eden, got it fixed perfectly overnight for a cheaper rate + front screen cover replaced for free. Glad I didn’t come back
