β β β β β Poor service not even worth one star, bought a notebook from here last year with 3 years damage warranty, and my notebook broken on 2nd April2022, i bring it to service counter, they copied invoice and let me paid $150 access fee, they promised me notebook will be fix in 2-3 weeks, but after 4weeks, when i call them they told me i have to pay another $105, because they even don't know i have warranty, just leave my notebook for a month and doing nothing, since they realise i have warranty, they told me that my laptop will be fixed in 2 weeks, unfortunately, I've waited another 6 weeks till today 17 June 2022 to get my laptop back, I've tried to call the only phone number they have, i want chase where is my laptop, every time the operator told me the same answer, sorry i don't know where is your laptop, i will leave your msg to store staff and let them call you back, but i never get phone call from noel leeming to explain where is my computer and why takes so long. Finally takes 75 days to get my laptop back!!
VERY POOR SERVICE AND AFTER SALES SYSTEM, DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

β β β β β Bad staffs. Unprofessional no respect to customer at all. I went to pick up my order bought online. Two staffs were at the front. One male one female. I said I came to pick up my order. That was all they started laughing at me and kept repeating my words β my order my orderβ. Did I say something wrong? Both staffs are senior as I saw them worked here for years.

β β β β β I was abused on the phone by a person who contacted me today, 19/02/2022 at 11. 31am from the delivery team. She kept repeating my address wrong and when I tried to inform her the address was wrong, she started yelling at me! She insulted me and she hang up the phone in my face. I'm shocked, I've never experienced this kind of customer service. Ultrageous! I also said to her she could confirm the address through email to avoid any miscommunication and that's what I received. The sales person at Noel Leeming was amazing, but this person from the delivery team can't deal with customers at all. Unbelievable!

β β β β β Though I was happy with the service i got in the store I was perplexed that a few weeks after the fridge was installed I received a letter from the accounts dept saying I was owing the price of the fridge, when I had paid the same day on line.
So tried to phoned the number at the top of the account invoice to find out it was obsolete and no longer in service. I think that is terrible from a big firm like NL that no-one has bothered to get new letters printed OR at least have written the new number and deleted the old one.

β β β β β I've ordered a washing machine and a dryer and was told it will be delivered on a certain date. I've arranged my schedule to make sure I'm home that day. On the day no one called me and I had to call the store to find out there will be a 3-day delay. Not only they've failed to inform me this, but the person who I've talked to didn't apologize and sounded like she didn't care. Also the first person (a man) who answered my call said "I'll have a look", then transfer me to another person without a warning. Very poor service and communication, they don't care about their customers and I hope I don't have to deal with them again in the future.

β β β β β This is my new favourite Noel Leeming. I live in the Flat Bush area, but I will happily drive to Wairau Park to go to Noel Leemings. The staff are fantastic. I'll give an example of why that is so. I bought a two thousand dollar espresso machine and when I got it home it was too tall to fit under my cabinets. I wanted to exchange it for a machine I knew would fit. I called the Manukau store and they said they could not take it back if I had removed it from the box even though it had never been used. We went to the store in Wairau Park and there was no issue whatsoever. Great staff.

Crack up as fulla at the door that greeted me like I was Queen Elizabeth ? As soon as he asked me what I was after, I was welcomed inside by a big smile from one person & guided to another that took me straight to what I wanted. Flow work - team work. They all coordinated with each other through their head sets. That was mean! βΊοΈ lovely service & fast! Out the door within 10 minutes! Will be back!
