★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing visit , walked into the store on Saturday with family to buy a washing machine , there were 3 staff standing in the middle of the store about 3 meters away from us chatting about their personal things and laughing away , leaning on the shelves , they knew we were there , not only did they not come over to ask us if we need any help , made eye contact and kept chatting after they saw us . very bad customer service , would not visit this store again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found Barry from the old Appliance Shed to be very helpful and has decent product knowledge. A newer staff member from Noel Leeming was not so good, avoid staff who text on the job! Ask for Barry who knows his stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really an outlet.... I found a FAnd P washing machine on special at the outlet but did an on the spot price check only to find they had the exact same model at Harvey Norman's retail store down the road for 500 less! Shop around!!!!

Team were enthusiastic and willing to engage, if you are after a good bargin have looked as you don't know what you will find.
