★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly this has to be the worst clinic in all of Hamilton. Very rude receptionists with bad customer service. I'm sure the other workers are lovely but I was very disappointed with the attitudes of the receptionists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a gynecology check up. The receptionist was so rude at me. I went visit like twice in this clinic and she acted in similar manner. I was flabbergasted and deeply felt horrified, not to mention as I was not physically well and very uncomfortable. It was absolutely a horrid experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, rude and disrespectful receptionist. Honestly the worst family planning I have ever been too. I Went in to ask for some basic advice and was told to leave and call as they don’t help walk ins. How do you expect young people who are already extremely anxious and vulnerable to come in if this is how you treat people? Please either re-train your receptionist or get new ones, it’s horrible to be treated with disrespect when your trying to ask for help!

My partner went to see if they could help her with something and they were extremely rude and impatient with her so much to the that my partner tried to get the appointment over asap due to the fact that the people dealing with her were not listening to her and wanted to move her on as soon as possible. Disappointing
