She took care of everything for us to make our visit as short and stress free as possible.
We managed to get everything we needed including shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a shame NZ Uniforms is the only place to buy HHS uniform, would not spend another cent there if i didn’t need to & definitely wouldn’t recommend. Company is using multiple manufacturers for the same garment & not bothering to check specs.. bought 2 shirts, both same size, but a full 5cm difference in length?!?! Unfortunately for me, because i had washed them within hours of purchasing due to the STINK (understandable due to shipping/port delays/covid..), when i realised size difference - when hanging them out- they were deemed ‘used’ so not exchangeable?? One barely reached the top of my sons shorts!! The lady i dealt with (Rhonda) was not only rude & argumentitive with me about what is clearly a supplier issue, but was completely rude & dismissive of the staff member (who she had me point out) that assisted me with buying, all in front of customers!! Let this be a heads up to anybody else who is buying multiples & not trying them ALL on first.. check them all first, don’t wash them before use (as per care tag & manufacturer instructions) until AFTER you’ve tried everything on, and don’t let them offer you a discount on a new item because the one you’ve just bought isn’t the same spec as what you would assume the one you tried is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All paid and ready.It was discussed over phone and ready to be picked up .Old lady at the store delayed my pickup one more day to bring proof and confirmation .Came the following day with proof details and purchase number and still delayed.If it wasn't for the other female staff dressed All black who was extremely helpful,great customer service this would have been a 1 star... no paying customer should ever have to wait another day to confirm payment. This is a well thought out review due to successful purchases in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a busy time of year, I was impressed with the efficiency and quality customer service of NZ Uniforms Hamilton. On 19/01/2022 there was a line out the door and we were given a voucher to go to the cafe across the road while we waited 15 minutes to be served, still having our spot reserved in the line. Bang on 15 minutes later, we received a telephone call and were invited into the store instantly. Once we were in, we had a dedicated customer service representative named Priya, who collected all the items and sizing we required including going back and forth in between racks. They had pre-printed uniform checklists for those that didn't bring theirs, and assisted with every item and query from us. Once at the service desk to purchase the items, we were welcomed by another customer friendly rep who had great manners and was very helpful. Doesn't end here though, we can't forget the lovely lady who name labeled all of our items. Top service end to end. Thankyou for the seamless experience! Highly recommend this store.

Bags cost happy to pay for one but they wouldn’t allow me to due to not having change in their (cash) register
Nor would they provide me with a bag upon asking ?
The lady said
“ yea they cost 50c and we don’t have change so you can’t have a bag “ after spending $210
Other lady got a plastic bag from the trash
Real bloody nice !!!, you cheap & rude people
3 staff behind the desk and not one of they stepped in to correct the bad service I was experiencing?!
After this review I had a ph call From the manager for experiencing this service with an apology, which is good .
Hopefully staff now realise the importance of customer service and can conduct themselves better than what I experienced that day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there 3 times and never felt good about their service and their way of speaking. In my last visit, I ordered a school hat online, added a name to be printed on the hat, and requested a store pick up.
Visited the store: Firstly, the size I ordered was M, but I received a hat of size M/L and when I asked their justification was the hat is for both M and L! The hat was apparently bigger for my kid. Then, as per the web description, the hat must come with the wind rope, but it was not the case actually. When I asked for it, their first response was, we cannot exchange as the name print has been installed. When I questioned that it is not my fault that you printed the name on the hat that does not have the rope, then the lady responded saying 'we remove it for safety reasons and it is also not very sturdy even if you have one'! The lady seriously, read me what I was thinking! I really did not want to make a fuss as there were people waiting outside in the queue. Seriously NZ Uniforms? Either you provide the items as described to your customers, OR talk sensibly to provide a clear and convincing answer. We are paying money and have some courtesy for that. I wish we have a competitor for this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in your store yesterday with my 2 children getting uniforms for Rototuna high school. I had one child needing full uniform for the junior high and one needing full uniform for the senior high.
I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped us so I could thank her. She made what can be such a stressful experience so easy and stress free. She knew exactly what we needed she was great with helping to find other sizes when we needed them and just friendly and helpful.
We were in and out of there nice and quick all because of her! I’m sure if I had been the one running back and forth finding the right sizes it would’ve taken us a lot longer.
Even getting the labels put on the clothing was great too!
So thank you for the great service you offer parents and taking some of the stress out of getting kids ready to go back to school. Please pass this thanks on to your helpful staff too, It’s much appreciated!
