People are always so polite, friendly, professional, and proactively enquire for our any request.
Any request is always fulfilled with often extras, even if its just with the ever present smile.
Their coffee' aren't too shabby either, whether from the in-house Cafe or from sales. A free coffee on a car service, or a sale is always appreciated.
Our cars have been always looked after, and cleaned prior to release.

We were dealing with a person who said the vehicle will be here on the "Monday or tuesday," contacted nissan on Thursday asking about the vehicle because it hasn't arrived, got lip from the nissan representative saying "you guys really want your car don't you ." Got told the date of delivery was actually a week later than mentioned which was fine. Went to pick up our car and it was dirty, hadn't been touched since it arrived and there was an old water bottle left in the car. Noone checked to see if it was actually my car, no name was given or IDs checked.
