★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new Seltos. At 800km had 1st service. 3 hours wait. We identified a fault with the map function defaulting to home screen intermittently. Dealer couldn't rectify - same problem on drive home. Email to service dept. Their solution ' take a video when the problem repeats and send it to us'. Not at all impressed - very poor after sales service that reflects negatively on this Tauranga dealer. Expected more from Kia!!
Further update. Excellent follow up service. GM called the same day and by end of the next day the problem had been identified and remedied by way of a software upgrade. All good now and a much more satisfied customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with my sales person has been disappointing having ordered a Brand new car, with all the extras , Him calling me to say they car was ready to find with NO roof racks which I had ordered and paid for, was told they would be fitted on 1st service, only to arrive and be handed a Quote for them!!! I asked for a refund and got one and suggested he did his homework on his clients before he offended more customers. My cars blue tooth is Faulty and has been form day one, I kept being told to reset everything, and was suggested it was my phone, so have brought a new phone and still have the same issues, nearly one year on and I still have no blue tooth, Decided to write this review and see if I get some action. I actually cannot fault the service dept., they are very caring about what's happening to me. I feel like they are getting as frustrated as me. I still don't have the car that I paid for all the extra's and safety features, Its put me off ever buying a KIA ever again
