★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service!!! Bought a piece of furniture from the store and paid for the delivery. We arranged it to be delivered 4 days later on a Thursday. I waited on the delivery from early morning and heard nothing from them. Called them 3 times asking for another delivery date and no one even cared to follow it up! I even emailed my complaint to their customer service team but heard nothing at all! No follow up, no explanation. It is now Friday and still no one has contacted us for the delivery of the item yet. I doubt it will be delivered this week. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. As a customer, this is the first time I feel this upset and helpless!
