★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to commend Sarah from Hudson’s in Queensgate for really great service. Last Friday (11th Feb), my daughter and I came in to get a drink. Unfortunately, my daughter spilt about half of her frappe on the table. I went up to the counter and spoke to Sarah about it. She was very cool and calm in the situation. My daughter & I cleaned the mess up ourselves so she didn’t need to which was our choice to do. We made the mess, we clean it up. Sarah even replaced my rewards card so it wouldn’t become sticky and smelly from the spilt drink. The coffee was really nice and that is why we have come back again today. Thanks Sarah.
