Nice store clean and tidy.
Lots of parking out front or under cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went browsing but ended up buying a set. Not able to bring the price lower but service was superb. Amy rocks! Delivery was well explained and goods were very good wrapped. Notes on outside was clearly written. Goods arrived with no problem, thank you Amy, you are wonderfully great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so grateful to meet the Beauty and Cosmetics Manager Sienna (hope I have gotten her name right) I was looking for hydrating options for my skin. We chatted about having the correct regime and then about different products she suggested that might be good for my skin type. She has given me a trial of some products and I will be going back to let her know if I would like to purchase the full products or if they didn't work for me.
It is so very rare to find someone like Sienna who goes out of their way to assist you.
I haven't seen this type of service in New Zealand so I walked away feeling really pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I turned up near closing. Diana was so helpful. Showed me where the brand I was after was, then went out back to find exactly what I needed. I was paying with two old gift cards plus cash. No problem, she handled it all with grace and kindness. Stellar service right in the middle of a long weekend sale. Thank you. (Being ex retail I always look at the name of who serves me).
