★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services they offer are extremely over priced. I was asked to pay $140 for a job that would only take 15 mins and cost about $5 in resources. I just bought the parts online and did it myself instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer satisfaction is a concept not understood by this company. A screen replacement and protector film cost $130 and lasted 3 months 15 days. When returned for rectification was told it would be replaced foc. On pick up had to pay $100 and no protector. Not good enough sorry gentlemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had many problems with a phone and computer after our daughter died suddenly leaving us with no way to access her computer. Lovepreet spent hours patiently working his way through the system to help us, and nothing was too much trouble. Very patient, sympathetic and understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the most amazing service at Tech Point. All I needed was a new battery for my iPhone 7 but you know how scary that can be, right? What if they wipe all my data? What if they make me send my phone away? I needn't have worried. All done and dusted in 10 minutes. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience here a few days ago and walked away feeling very confident in the service I had experienced. Had my phone screen fixed in under 30 minutes but noticed the front camera was blurry after my screen had been replaced. The employee was quick to fix this issue and also said to come back if there were any other issues! 10/10 rating from me, I will definitely be returning to this store for any of my future tech needs :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and good pricing. These guys are great at fixing phones. They know what they’re doing and provide fast service. They also back up their work with good warranties. I have often used them for fixing iPhones including a few screen replacements on different devices. We had one screen that had an issue 2 months after replacement. They replaced it with a brand new screen at no charge, the same day I took it in. I highly recommend TechPoint at Te Awa.
